CAMP SCHEDULE:  We are a completely mobile day camp. We purposely do not adhere to a set schedule or a calendar in advance. Please feel free to ask us for our tentative plans when you drop off your child each morning.

 

ABSENCE:  If your child is going to be absent from camp, email or text us no later than 7:30 AM that morning. There are no refunds, credits or make-ups for missed days.

 

LATE PICK UPS:  Please be on time to drop off and pick-up your children.  Our vans have a schedule and can not be late. If you miss the van in the morning, please text us to make arrangements. If you are late to pick up your child in the afternoon, there will be a minimum fee of $50 to drive a child home plus late charges ($1 per minute)   Late charges must be paid at the time you pick up your child. Please make sure whoever picks up your child knows our locations and parking procedures, they are listed in the confirmation email.

EMERGENCY TREATMENT:  In the unlikely event that your child requires any emergency medical treatment, our policy is to call the parents and the child’s doctor, and then take them to the nearest emergency room or urgent care. Parents are responsible for paying any and all medical expenses, which may be incurred at camp.  By registering for Adventure Camps online, you have agreed to our refund policy and emergency procedures. These policies are below listed on the Adventure Camps registration page on the Activity Hero website:

My child has permission to participate in the activities of Adventure Camps. I hereby consent to any medical treatment deemed necessary in the event of an emergency. I understand that I am responsible for paying any and all medical expenses that may be incurred while my child is at camp. Adventure Camps and it’s staff shall not be held liable for any accidents that may occur while my child is at camp, or any actions taken during emergency or medical procedures. I understand that Adventure Camps is a completely mobile day camp and that there is not a calendar or schedule of activities available in advance. Adventure Camps has my permission to use any photos and video taken during camp for promotional purposes.

REFUND POLICY: 

VACATION CAMP: All tuition is 75% refundable up to 30 days, and 50% refundable up to 14 days before the start of each vacation camp. After that time there are no refunds or credits for any reason including illness, cancellation or dismissal. No exceptions, including (weather, pandemics, natural or man made disasters).
